Loyalty program
Travel agency “Galaks”, as a company oriented on satisfying its customers’ needs, offers you to take part in loyalty program.
When you apply for our loyalty program, you receive a discount card and a number of privileges, like:
- high-qualified service;
- a status of a permanent customer;
- an opportunity to get à discount based on a flexible individual system of discounts;
- free of charge transfer in the bounds of the city as an additional service to your booked trip;
- an opportunity to receive news and other useful information related to travel service;
- an opportunity to take part in other events that will be held by a company
In order to get a discount card you should buy a tour on a total sum of 1500$ and register in a database by filling in an application of a participant of a loyalty program.
Other members of your family and your friends have the right to use your discount card.
The percentage of the discount changes dynamically depending on a total cost of tours, that have been bought by the participant for the last year.
The real amounts of discounts that the owner of the discount card can get are shown in the table below

The discount can be the following:
- basic – 2%,
- accumulated – 3-6%,
- stable – 7%.
The owner of the discount card has a basic discount.
The validation of the accumulative discount is 1 year. When the next year starts, the amount of the discount is equalized to the basic (2%).
If the total cost of payed tour service is over 20 000 $, then the owner of the discount card has a stable discount (7%) for all the tours for the next year.
In order to become a participant of a program, download the application form on your computer in the convenient format, fill it in and send it to our e-mail address or post address or bring it to our office.
